I’m Savannah. A former Division I lacrosse athlete, a mom of two and someone who spent 15 years in international shipping.
For a long time, I treated my body as something that would keep up if I just kept going. My own experience made me rethink how I ate, trained and recovered.
That’s why I created Get Savvy: to make health easier to understand and put into practice. A way to fuel your body, build strength and take ownership of your habits, with a clearer sense of why they matter.
